Not clearing BOTH AppData folders — You must delete the Discord folder from both %appdata% and %localappdata%. Clearing only one leaves corrupted files behind.

Leaving too many browser tabs open — Each browser tab consumes RAM. If Discord freezes during calls close all unnecessary tabs first — this alone often fixes the issue.

Not restarting after driver updates — GPU driver updates require a full system restart to take effect. Always restart before testing Discord after updating drivers.
